Local Drop Off Program

Prefer to Drop Off YOUR Bats to us for Our Heat Roll with Progressive Pressure? Our 3-Step Process is Quick & Easy:

  1. PLACE YOUR ORDER: Place your order for our Heat Rolling Service by clicking here (order 1 service for each bat you're dropping off.) Adjust the quantity in your cart to see the bulk discounts we offer! Just include in the order notes online that you're dropping the bats off with us and specify whether you'd like them shipped back to you or whether you'd like to pick them back up when they're finished.

  2. LABEL YOUR BATS: Our website will issue you an order number once your order is successfully placed. Print a copy of your order confirmation OR write a note referencing your order number and attach it to each bat that you intend to drop off. This will prevent your bat from being confused with any others being dropped off.

  3. DROP OFF YOUR BATS: We receive all bats at a store called "Goin' Postal" (address below) and you can find their store hours below. Please note that they are closed on Sundays and most holidays. Please drop your bats off by 4PM EST if you'd like to be able to pick them up the next day. The exception is Saturday - read below for details.

Their hours are Monday-Friday 9:00AM-6:00PM and Saturday 9:00AM-2:00PM. A few important things to note for anybody considering dropping their bats off in person:

  • You are not a customer of Goin' Postal, you are a customer of ours. As such, please do not contact the Goin' Postal store via phone call or email with any customer service request. If you contact Goin' Postal in any capacity other than dropping off a bat or picking it back up, your order will be immediately halted, canceled and shipped back to you on your dime.
  • We do not offer any "while you wait" Heat Rolling Service. Our quickest turnaround time is 24 hours - anything less doesn't give us enough time to perform our work to our quality standard.
  • We do not work on bats on Saturdays, Sundays or any major holidays. Therefore:
  • Bats dropped off at Goin' Postal on Friday before 4PM EST will not be ready to pick up until Monday at 4PM EST.
  • Bats dropped off at Goin' Postal on Saturday will not be ready to pick up until Tuesday at 4PM EST.
  • If you order brand new bats from us online and you'd like to pick them up in person, please mention that in your order notes. Brand new bats ordered with our Heat Roll will be ready in 2-4 business days. Arranging for pickup in person does not eliminate or speed up this 2-4 business day window. If you need brand new, Heat Rolled Bats faster, check out our ROLLED & READY offerings.
  • Alternatively, brand new bats ordered stock/untouched (with no Heat Rolling) will be ready in 1-2 business days. Arranging for pickup in person does not eliminate or speed up this 1-2 business day window.
  • Our system will email you as soon as your bats are dropped off at Goin' Postal and ready for you to pick up. If you opted to have us ship the bats back to you, our system will email you your tracking number as soon as the bats are finished.
  • When picking up your bats, you'll need to mention your order number to the Goin' Postal employee so that they know which bats are yours.
  • Instructions for finding the video clips of YOUR bats during our Heat Roll will be wrapped around the handles of the bats upon pickup.
