The 2019 ALPHA XL is a power balanced one-piece BBCOR bat with an additional end load for the player looking for a little more weight towards the end of the bat. It is constructed of an ATAC Alloy barrel, creating the thinnest walls in the game and pushing the limit of performance. The traditional one-piece construction features a new VRSCOR handle insert that reinforces the handle to create solid feel in the hands. The optimal barrel design provides players with better bat control and maximum launch angle, and the new Speed Cap provides a more flexible and responsive barrel with a neutral sound on impact. The XL power balanced swing weight integrates an optimized barrel length and balance point with extra mass in the barrel for explosive power. The ALPHA XL features a custom Lizards Skins grip, providing players with best-in-class feel, cushion and tack. All bat weights are measured without the grip.

If you order your new bat Heat Rolled with Progressive Pressure, it will be delivered to you completely and evenly broken in. This process adds 20-40ft of distance to your solid hits and adds 2-3 business days of lead time to your order. This process is undetectable, but if you plan to use the bat in an official game or event, you should verify legality with your league or sanctioning body. We (LongballBats.com) do not encourage the use of a Heat Rolled bat in any game or event where it is against the rules.
